These terms

These terms cover the purchase and use of website templates sold at motionsnack.dev. By buying a paid template or claiming a free one, you agree to them. If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, mandatory rights in your country still apply where they cannot be waived.

The seller

The templates are sold by the operator of motionsnack. The public contact is hello@motionsnack.dev. The shop is www.motionsnack.dev.

What you get

You buy a license to one template: the source files for that design. You do not buy an exclusive right, a custom website, hosting, a domain, or ongoing design work. The preview on the site is a demonstration. The files you receive are the product.

Prices are in euros and are shown on the product page before you pay. A price of zero is free. Stripe charges the card for paid templates. motionsnack does not store your card number.

The license

You may:

• use the template for your own sites and for sites you build for clients;
• change the design, copy, and code for those sites;
• use AI tools to adapt the template for those sites.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, publish, or sublicense the template or the zip;
• share the license key, or let someone else download the files with it;
• present the template as a template product of your own.

One purchase or one free claim is one license for that template. The license is non-exclusive and lasts until it is revoked under these terms.

Order and delivery

A paid order is accepted when Stripe confirms the payment. The page you return to after checkout is a notice, not proof of payment. A free template is delivered when you submit a valid email and these terms, and we send the license email.

A paid order sends two emails. The first confirms the payment. The second carries the license key and, when the template file is ready, a download link that works for 7 days. A free template sends only the license email. The key itself does not expire. You can install the template later with npx motionsnack, which checks the key and creates a new short download link. Asking for the same free template again with the same email sends the same key, not a new license.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. A template is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Before checkout or a free claim, you are asked to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once the license email is sent. If you do not agree, we do not start the order.

If the license email never arrives, write to hello@motionsnack.dev and we will resend it or refund a paid order. A refund issued in Stripe revokes the license. After that, the key and any download link stop working. Chargebacks are treated the same way.

The files

Templates are a starting point. You are responsible for the text, images, and data you put in them, and for running them on your own host. We do not promise that a template will meet a particular business, accessibility, or legal need without your own changes. If a file is missing or will not install with a valid key, contact us and we will fix the delivery or refund the payment.

Ending a license

We may revoke a license if the payment is refunded or charged back, or if the key or the source is shared in breach of these terms. Revocation stops further downloads. Sites you have already published with the template can stay online.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. For other losses, our liability for a template is limited to the amount you paid for that template. For a free template, that amount is zero, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. You can write to us first. Consumers in the Czech Republic can also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz).
