Who is responsible

The operator of motionsnack is the controller of personal data processed for this shop. Contact: hello@motionsnack.dev. The site is www.motionsnack.dev.

What we collect

When you buy or claim a template, we store:

• your email address;
• the template, the price, the currency, and the order status;
• for a paid order, the Stripe checkout id and payment id, not your card number;
• the license key, whether it is active, and when the license email was sent;
• that you accepted these terms and asked for immediate delivery.

The license email is sent through Resend. Resend tells us whether that email was delivered, opened, or clicked, and whether it bounced or failed. That record is tied to the license.

The shop itself does not ask you to create an account. Signing in is only for the operator’s admin. We do not run an advertising or analytics cookie on the public site.

Why we use it

• To make the contract and deliver the license. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To keep a record of the sale, including a refund. The legal basis is the contract and, where accounting rules apply, a legal obligation under Art. 6(1)(c).
• To limit repeated free claims, to see whether the license email arrived, and to keep the site secure. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f). You can object to the email open and click record.

We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing mail. The license email is the delivery of the product you asked for.

Who receives it

• Supabase stores the database, admin login, and template files. The database is in the EU, in Frankfurt.
• Stripe processes the card payment and sends the payment webhook.
• Resend sends the license email and reports delivery, opens, and clicks.
• Vercel hosts the website.

Stripe, Resend, and Vercel may process data outside the EU. Where they do, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses they offer, or another lawful transfer tool. We do not give your email to other customers.

How long we keep it

We keep the customer, order, and license while the license can still be used to verify or download the template. Paid order records are also kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and then deleted or reduced to what those rules still demand. Email delivery events are kept with that order. A revoked license stays marked as revoked so a refunded key cannot be used again.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@motionsnack.dev. We may need to keep a paid order where accounting law requires it, even if the license is revoked.

You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you can also complain to the authority in your country.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The version on the site is the current one.
